Local manufacturing company seeking out a temporary Customer Service Representative on their 1st shift!

Customer Service Representative Duties:
Provides service by processing customer orders, shipments, invoices, credits and maintains customer order status reports
Processes all customer requests in a timely and accurate manner
Initiates and maintains contact with customers by phone and email
Follows organized procedures to enter, maintain and track job orders accurately
Makes all necessary order changes and confirms changes back to customer
Maintains order from beginning to end, including all replacements and corrections
Maintains customer information in the computer operating system
Builds and maintains friendly and positive relationships with customers
Troubleshoots customer problems and offers solutions
Escalates complex customer service issues to the Senior Customer Service Representative or the Account Managers
Accurately enters information electronically to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints

Customer Service Representative Additional Information:
Position is currently approximately 12 weeks while covering employee leave (position has the potentially to become temp to hire if permanent employee does not return - no guarantees)
Shift is flexible between 7:00-5:00PM (examples: 7:00-4:00PM, 7:30-4:30PM, 8:00-5:00PM)
Position includes one hour unpaid lunch
$20.00/hour
Full-Time 40 hours
