About the Position: Position: Clubhouse Employment Specialist 1- Full Time Location: Westfield, MA Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm rotating/occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays required Summary: Develops and services employment relationships between clients and community employers, providing access to an array of employment, job training, and educational opportunities. Responsibilities include vocational guidance, job development, job placement, employer education, and customer relations.
