About the Position: Position: Community Living Supervisor 2 Location: Springfield, MA Rate of Pay: $22.00 Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30a-4:30p Summary: The Community Living Supervisor 2 supervises all aspects of a specific program(s) including orientation and training. The Community Living Supervisor 2 develops, establishes and maintains strong relationships with employers, community partners, funders and referral sources. S/he provides direct counseling and support to members and their families, providing referrals to community resources as needed. S/He coordinates schedules and supervises direct care staff to ensure adequate support for members. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Services or related field required. One to two years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
