Home and Community Connections is seeking a Bi-lingual Program Manager to join our team for our Home & Community Connections Division – supporting people who are in our 24 Hour Supports Model in South Hadley, MA. This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, direct support and on-call responsibilities, along with being responsible for managing the day to day operations of the residential program. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, teaching/instructional ability, good communication skills, patience, ability to effectively prioritize and manage time. There are on call weekends approximately every 3 weekends. HOURS: Full time, salaried (exempt) position including on-call, evening, and direct care responsibilities. PAY: $21.50 – $23.00 per hour | |
