 Housing Coordinator-  Full Time Greenfield   

A wonderful opportunity to join LifePath in the Housing Coordinator role. The position is responsible for the day to day management and oversight of LifePath’s Supportive and Congregate residences. Duties include recruitment and assessment of applicants, community outreach, service planning, and provision of direct individual and group services. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Community outreach, professional networking & relationship building skills
  • Creative Problem solving and generating positive solutions
  • Computer proficiency
  • Effective time management & organization skills

Working knowledge of health and human services available in the community is essential. Crisis intervention skills desirable. Bachelor’s degree in social work, nursing, human services, psychology or related field preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Use of personal cell phone, data and downloading of company provided applications required. 


This is a M-F 35 hour work week position. Compassionate, inclusive company culture and  excellent work environment.
