PROGRAM DIRECTOR, THREE COUNTY CONTINUUM OF CARE 

The Program Director oversees all aspects of the Three-County Continuum of Care (COC), one of 15 CoCs in Massachusetts funded by HUD to promote and guide a community-wide effort to prevent and end homelessness. The Director works with the CoC Board, Committees, and over 25 CoC member agencies to obtain positive outcomes in addressing homelessness. Responsible for compliance with and oversight of a national program and federal regulations. Also works with various governmental entities and other community stakeholders to advance the federal, state, and local plans to end homelessness. 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors' degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Public Policy or related field; 5 years of post-degree experience in grant compliance and contract management; fiscal and program management; data collection and reporting, administration or management experience with large collaborative projects; and, 3 years senior leadership experience, especially related to working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, supervision, budget, and administration. 37.5 hours/week. Pay range: $65,832 - $69,849 annually. Excellent benefits, training, supervision and collaborative work environment.
