The Information and Caregiver Resource Center (ICRC) program director is responsible for activities related to the maintenance and dissemination of information regarding services and programs available to older adults, individuals with disabilities and caregivers. The ICRC PD holds a central position in directing intake, assessment, counseling and referrals for services. The ideal candidate will have: - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in human services, health care, or related field and supervisory experience necessary. Certified Information and Referral Specialist—Aging/Disabilities (or capacity to become certified).. Must have a valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation or ability to reliably commute. Must be: available to work between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; available to travel to off site meetings in and out of the service area; able to work when position demands.
