Description:

Seeking an organized, skilled cleaner for empty apartments in Easthampton and one short-term summer rental on Norwich Lake in Huntington. 

Duties:

  • Cleaning and sanatizing vacant apartment units.
  • Minor repairs, touch up paint on walls, replace light bulbs.
  • Report needed repairs and improvements for market-ready status. 
  • Clean common areas of properties
  • Turn over one short-term vacation rental, including stripping, making beds, and housekeeping in preparing for next guests.
  • Inventory cleaning products neccesary for jobs
Requirements:
  • Prior housekeeping cleaning experience
  • Ability to handle and transport cleaning products; vaccums, steam mops etc.
  • Valid drivers license and transportation
