As a Program Associate Director at Pathlight, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing management and development of our programs. Your leadership and keen eye for detail will guide the direction of the program towards success and growth. The Program Associate Director will ensure that the services are delivered in alignment with regulations and quality standards. Your administrative effectiveness will be key in achieving program goals and objectives, both within Pathlight and in collaboration with external agencies.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Advanced knowledge of a discipline such as human services social sciences or social work.
• Bachelors required; Masters preferred.
• Over 5 years and up to and including 7 years of progressive learning experience.
• Working knowledge of computer systems programs and applications.
• LSWA or eligible.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle and ability to travel is required.
