Full and Part time: Rates start at $20.50/hour in our homes in Hampshire County.

Per diem: Rates start at $17.35/hour in our homes in Hampshire County.

No experience required - We offer paid on-the-job training.

We have a variety of schedules available, as our group homes are 24/7.

Locations: Group homes in Hampshire County, including, Williamsburg, Amherst, Easthampton and Hadley, MA.

The qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record 

The responsibilities of Direct Care workers:

• Personal Care
• Cooking
• Cleaning/Laundry
• Display an eagerness to support the interest of those served, through outings and programs offered in the community and throughout the agency
• Show flexibility, teamwork, reliability and a passion to serve others
