Adult Career Navigator Skill up (Western Mass)

Community Action Pioneer Valley Youth and Workforce Development Programs is seeking a Career Navigator for our ReEntry program 37.5 hrs. /wk. Join our team to make a difference in the lives of individuals over 18 who are involved with the criminal justice system.  Working one on one with participants from behind the wall to the community, our focus is to assist them in preparing for success by providing case management, job readiness, short term training, and employment opportunities. Our programs follow a trauma informed care and positive development model. Our participants are people who live within systems of oppression. Candidate must be reliable, and able to maintain appropriate, engaging relationships with people facing barriers to employment. 

Candidates must pass a CORI, have a reliable vehicle, and a safe driving record. Strong team, positive work environment, and excellent training. Pay Range $21.73-$23.05 depending on qualifications.
