As an AI Workflow Engineer, you'll bridge AI, automation, and creativity — proving you can stay in the Valley and still do world-class, frontier-level work.

Core Responsibilities:
• Design and prototype AI-powered workflows that solve business problems in marketing and beyond
• Hack together tools and systems using Make, n8n, Zapier, APIs, and custom scripts
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and developers to bring ideas from concept to functioning reality
• Continuously test, document, and improve workflows so they scale across clients and teams
• Experiment with the latest AI models, platforms, and methods

Who You Are:
• A natural tinkerer, hacker, and builder who figures things out
• Technically fluent (comfortable with APIs, Python/JavaScript, or no-/low-code tools)
• Love problem-solving, able to combine creativity and logic
• Quick learner, fearless builder, adaptive
