|Position: Community Living Support Professional 1 Full-Time|
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Rate of Pay: $14 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Will vary; Includes some evenings and weekends
Full-Time Community Living Support Professional 1 Summary: The Community Living Support Professional 1 assists individuals with disabilities in daily living skills to achieve greater independence and self-fulfillment. S/He supports adults with co-occurring mental illness & substance use disorders to make positive changes in their lives. Provides a supportive presence, accompanies to appointments & community integration, and assists in client recovery and skill building. The Community Living Support Professional 1 implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives.
Full-Time Community Living Support Professional 1 Qualifications: High School/GED or HiSet with one year of relevant experience and/or training required. One year human service experience preferred. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
|Full-Time Community Living Support Professional 1 Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email and internet essential. Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration, and willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.|
