Do you strive to provide high quality community based care to all individuals? Then come join our team as an Enrollment Specialist in the One Care program at Behavioral Health Network!

Enrollment Specialists work as a supportive resource to the Assessment Schedulers to locate and engage difficult to reach clients for initial and annual assessments. Enrollment Specialists follow individuals through the process of being scheduled for assessments, documenting all efforts in shared data platforms for further review to ensure key performance indicators are met.

One Care holds each individual at the core of what it does. Through the coordination and integration of care, One Care assists adults ages 21-64 with medical, behavioral health, or substance abuse concerns in navigating the health care system and improving their health outcomes.

Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. We are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities.
Requirements:
Enrollment Specialists at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

Excellent customer service, telephonic, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Consistent attention to detail in completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
Working knowledge of program contract requirements required.
Proficient use of computers including EMR systems, Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Ability to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple lists, reports and agendas at one time.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple assignments and work in a team environment.
Minimum of 1 year experience working in customer service.
Minimum of 1 years of experience working in healthcare/insurance.
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Bilingual, English/Spanish speaking (required).
Previous care management experience (preferred).
Previous experience providing assertive outreach (preferred).
