MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from high school education or equivalent, AND any equivalent combination of education and experience or specialized training demonstrating ability to perform above duties safely and efficiently.
- Some knowledge of equipment, methods and procedures used in landscaping and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
- Skill in operation of the listed tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy manual tasks for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work safely.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and the public. Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Massachusetts Driver's license and CDL certification with air brake and tanker endorsements or ability to obtain License within one year of hire.
This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits and offers a starting annual hiring range of $44,653 - $56,565 ($21.46 - $27.19 per hour) depending on experience and/or qualifications.
