MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree PLUS 3-5 years of experience in project design and management, community planning and development, and/or public outreach and community organizing; OR combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to successfully perform the responsibilities of this position.
