Reports To: Bakery Manager, Bakery Assistant Manager/Sales Supervisor, Head Baker, Upper Management, Ownership
Grade/Level: Culinary degree preferred
Work Schedule: Flexible, weekends, days, evenings & holiday availability is expected.
Experience: Minimum 1 year related experience

Certificates & Licenses: ServSafe and Allergen Awareness Training preferred

• Prepare quality baked goods for daily retail sales & catering
• Complete daily production
• Utilize and maintain recipe book
• Understand and follow daily PARs
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance at worksite
• Perform other duties as assigned
