Full and Part time: Rates start at $18.50/hour in our homes in Hampden County.
Per diem: Rates start at $17.35/hour in our homes in Hampden County.
Experienced Direct Care Professionals, our Monson, MA and one of our Holyoke sites have a pay rate starting at $20.50. At these two group homes, you will bring your experience to support clients with complex behavioral or medical needs.

No experience required - We offer paid on-the-job training.
We have a variety of schedules available, as our group homes are 24/7.
Locations: Group homes in Hampden County, include Agawam, Westfield, West Springfield, Springfield, Monson, Holyoke and Wilbraham, MA.
The qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
The responsibilities of Direct Care workers:
- Personal Care
- Cooking
- Cleaning/Laundry
- Display an eagerness to support the interest of those served, through outings and programs offered in the community and throughout the agency
- Show flexibility, teamwork, reliability and a passion to serve others
