CoC DV/EMERG Coordinator (Greenfield)

Large Western MA social services agency has an opening for a CoC DV/EMERG Coordinator. This is a newly created position to support our growing coordination efforts within the Three County Continuum of Care (CoC) region. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations, especially survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault (DV/SA).

The ideal candidate will have experience in coalition-building, community outreach, and navigating social service systems. This is a key role responsible for coordinating the Emergency Multi-sector Engagement and Response Grid (EMERG) Coalition, leading DV/SA expansion efforts, and working across multiple sectors to support individuals experiencing homelessness or crisis. Strong communication, data tracking, and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of VAWA regulations and CoC policies is a plus.

This is a 37.5 hour a week position. Pay range $23.55 to $25.00 per hour. Excellent benefits, training, supervision, and a collaborative work environment.
