Girls Inc. staff lead high-quality programs for Girls Inc. participants in our Eureka! Summer & College and Career Readiness (CCR), EEC Licensed After School Program, and in our school-based programs throughout Holyoke, Chicopee, and Springfield. Programs take place primarily during the summer months, school day and after-school hours. Some evenings and weekend hours will be required with advance notice. Youth Support Coordinator | 40 hours per week
The Youth Support Coordinator supports Girls Inc. participants and their mental health and academic needs in the Afterschool programs. This position is a combination of general program facilitation coupled with support from our mental health consultants. This role is responsible for client intakes and will track assessments and grant required reporting. This is an in-on-site position with the opportunity for remote work.
In School Program Coordinator | 40 hours per week
The In School Program Coordinator Delivers programs related to literacy, science, technology, engineering and math (STEAM); academic success, economic literacy and health and wellness including but not limited to puberty, healthy relationships and introducing healthy sexuality topics. In conjunction with Program Director develops innovative school day, evening and weekend programs for girls aged 5 – 14; assisting with program scheduling; collaboration with community organizations; providing communication with families. required. In School Program Coordinator will deliver programs in schools, in our summer programs, and virtually.
In School Program Facilitator | 40 hours per week
The In School Program Facilitator is responsible for supporting and delivering high-quality, engaging programs that support science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), academic success, economic literacy, and health and wellness in partner schools located in Holyoke, Chicopee, and Springfield. Working collaboratively with the In-School Program Coordinator and Program Director, in the implementation and evaluation of in school programming during the school day, school vacations, and summer sessions.
Program Administration & Data Oversight Coordinator | 40 hours per week
The Program Administration & Data Oversight Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Program Department, with primary responsibility for program data systems management, reporting, and data integrity. This role serves as the central point of coordination for participant data, internal reporting, grant-related data needs, and program operations. The Coordinator ensures accurate, timely, and compliant data collection and reporting across platforms including Compass 360 and Parent Portals, while also supporting day-to-day administrative, logistical, and cross-departmental functions.
