We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hands-on individual to join our Operations team and develop into a future warehouse leader. This role provides practical experience in inventory management, warehouse systems, logistics, team leadership, and continuous improvement. You'll work alongside experienced leaders and gain the skills necessary to manage a high-performing distribution operation.

What You'll Do
- Learn and support all aspects of daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop proficiency with our warehouse management systems and reporting tools.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Support workflow planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Work closely with warehouse team members to achieve productivity and service goals.
- Participate in employee training and onboarding activities.
- Learn leadership fundamentals including communication, accountability, data management, and problem-solving.
- Support projects and process improvements that strengthen operational performance.
