This position is FT, Sunday - Thursday day shift, starting at $22.00 per hour
The ABI/MFP House Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of a group home for adults with acquired brain injuries. Responsible for training and supervising staff members. Ensure that the home is safe, clean and comfortable at all times. Provide supports to individuals to help them live as independently as possible, maintain optimal health and are given sufficient opportunities to engage in their desired activities and interests at home and in the community.
Sign On Bonus Method of Distribution** (to be paid the subsequent payroll of the defined measurement periods): Sign on bonus of $3,000 will be paid after successfully completing 60 days of employment.
** Staff must be in good standing to receive bonus distribution and actively working.
Must be hired into a Full Time (30 or more hours/week) and a Massachusetts resident to be eligible. Management reserves the right to end or extend program based on funding and needs of the program(s) at any time.
|Min of 18 years of age. High School Diploma/GED and minimally 2 years’ experience working with individuals with development disabilities. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver’s license.|
