| Our client, a busy accounting firm in Greenfield, MA, is looking for a Part-Time Temporary Receptionist to help with their increased workload during tax season! This position will have you working Monday – Friday 10am-2pm from Feb 5th – Apr 15th and offers $16-$20/hour depending on experience. Your duties as the Receptionist: Answer phones Greet customers Manage incoming and outgoing mail Scan and upload documents Keep lobby area neat and clean Data entry – various typing projects as needed Other administrative duties as assigned Your qualifications for the Receptionist position: High School Diploma 2+ years recent and relevant front desk/receptionist experience Experience answering busy multi-line phone systems Accurate data entry Basic computer skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Pleasant customer service personality Experience in a Tax/CPA office is a plus If you are looking for a short-term opportunity and are comfortable jumping right in and working in a small office environment, apply today!
