IT & Program Support Specialist- Full time

An exciting opportunity to join LifePath as an IT Program support specialist. Based in Greenfield, the IT & Program Support Specialist is responsible for the collection, maintenance and reconciliation of Agency, Client Services, Community Services and Fiscal Department data. The IT & Program Support Specialist also provides training for all computer software users within LifePath. The ideal candidate will have:


Strong computer proficiency & IT competence
Competent in troubleshooting & problem solving skills
Effective software teaching/training skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail & comfortable with multi tasking
Above average Mathematical aptitude


High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred. Valid Driver’s license required. Experience with Information Technology in public or private setting. In-depth understanding of spreadsheet and database software. Capacity to understand programmatic operation to address billing and statistical input and required reporting. Knowledge of SAMS 3, APS and NAPIS are a plus. This is a M-F 35 hour per week position with the ability to work after hours when required.
