| Job Responsibilities: Directly oversees the operations of multiple assigned community residences including oversight of Site Manager. Provide oversight of development, implementation and community integration of each individual in assigned residences. Act as primary contact with local DDS Service Coordinator for all programmatic issues. | |

| Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a pertinent field and three years of directly related experience. *Five years experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree. Two years supervisory experience is preferred. Must have experience managing a group home. First Aid & CPR certification, and MAP certification preferred, will train. Valid driver’s license.
