| Come join our team! Snow and Sons Landscaping is a full-service landscape company committed to providing opportunities for personal growth, training, and development with great company benefits. Our staff consists of over 100 team members, both full and part-time, with some individuals having over 25 years with the company. We have happily served the Pioneer Valley for over 40 years! As our company grows, we are looking to hire an additional full-time experienced mechanic. A minimum of one years’ experience maintaining and repairing skid steers, mini-excavators, gas and diesel trucks and trailers is highly preferred. We have lifts, welders and a heated shop. We offer competitive pay based on experience. We’re looking for dependable individuals with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and who work well in teams. It’s preferred that candidates have the ability to work overtime throughout the season, as needed. We have a smoke free environment and all candidates must be able to pass a drug screen.
