| Area property management company is seeking out an experienced Janitor/Maintenance Worker on their 1st shift! Janitor/Maintenance Worker Responsibilities: Maintain a local apartment complex, office building, parking garage, as well as the common grounds Perform minor repairs and routine carpentry work (painting, changing locks/ light bulbs, patching drywall, fixing loose cabinetry) Removal of trash Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming Routine landscaping duties in and around the grounds of the property Additional duties as needed! Janitor/Maintenance Worker Requirements: Experience in a similar role Reliable transportation Be able to lift up to 40 lbs Mechanically inclined Able to work independently and with a team Janitor/Maintenance Worker Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday This is a long-term opportunity at $16/hour.
