Description:
The Town of Amherst seeks a Part-Time Electrical Inspector to inspect buildings to ensure compliance with Massachusetts electrical codes and public safety. This position works independently as needed during times of high inspection demand, including projects at UMASS, and backs-up the full-time inspector during vacations. Requires a valid Massachusetts Driver's License and Journeyman Electricians License. Flexible schedule and Compensation are negotiable based on qualifications. Requirements:
Must possess, or have the ability to obtain a valid Commonwealth of Massachusetts Driver's License plus a valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electricians License.
