Production - Northampton

A local manufacturing company is looking for dedicated Production Workers!

Production Worker Responsibilities:
work as a part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity while decreasing downtime and waste
assume an active role in assisting overall plant and facilities-related work
follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures
operating a forklift

Production Worker Requirements:
experience in a manufacturing environment
forklift operating experience
high school graduate or GED
be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment
must be able to work overtime and weekends as necessary
must have a good attendance record
must be able to lift up to 30+ pounds

Production Worker Additional Information:
Monday through Friday schedule (some overtime/weekends may be required as needed)
