LGBTQIA+ Assistant Residential Manager Job Summary The Assistant Program Manager is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day youth experience of a residential program under the supervision of the Residential Program Manager. They are responsible for ensuring that staff is directly engaging the youth through creative daily activities and consistent structure/routine. They serve as a therapeutic agent to young children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral needs. They are also a key part of the program leadership and responsible for program operations in the program manager’s absence, including the maintenance of a trauma informed environment and other clinical or programmatic aspects of the program.
