Are you looking to join a progressive HR function on a beautiful university campus and develop your skills further? The Human Resources Partner position is responsible for facilitating alignment between departmental/school Talent and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) objectives and priorities with the University’s objectives. The HRP provides consultation and direct assistance by accessing expertise and programs within HR functional areas to deliver value-added services to exempt faculty and staff. The HRP maintains an effective level of knowledge about the schools and departments priorities, mid-range plans, culture, and talent. The HRP will work closely with the Associate Vice President of Human Resources, Associate Director of Human Resources, HR Functional areas, and departments and schools across WNE. | |
